I then heard about afrihost how they are dominating the market and are the best currently I then joined them if I tell you the service were aligned to RSA web keep reconnecting once again every month I have to sit on the phone what a waste of time and they overcharge for the service.Payment is made in advance via credit or debit card and can only be purchased online via the Mweb website or via existing Mweb customers’ online accounts. My first fibre provider was RSA web I have been with them for 2 years ENDLESS problems always buffing, services are down atleast i would call them twice if not thrice a month. I would like to send a shoutout to MWeb for the fantastic service I have received this far. No where did I receive my contract stating nothing! I would not recommend anyone to make use of their service! Never in my life did I receive such poor service from any company! I gave them a call and the gentleman who assisted me told me he an do nothing about it, it is the contract that has been signed online. Just to find out that my contract is not for the first 2 months free. I have sent them mails to try and find out why is it that I owe them R1 000+. I laid complaints on their MWEB Android App. I have logged multiple queries where I had no reply. I kept receiving e-mails that state I owe them money for June LTE and also now July LTE. I will not have to pay for the LTE in other words. The lady whom assisted me with the sale told me that my first 2 months will be free. Then I had to give them another call just to find out I have to replace my order. My first order wasn't placed and did not hear from them for about 1.5 weeks. I am so very disappointed with MWEB LTE services! First of all when I applied I had to call them twice. Mediocre, Regrettable and Unacceptable Service I will not be recommending them to anyone. This experience has left a sour taste, and I am utterly dissatisfied with Mweb's service. I feel cheated and taken advantage of, and I will be seeking alternatives that respect their customers and value fair and honest billing practices. I will not tolerate such unethical practices, and I urge others to reconsider using Mweb for their services. The poor communication and lack of transparency in their billing process have left me frustrated and infuriated. It is unacceptable that Mweb would treat its customers this way, expecting them to pay for a service they no longer wish to have. This is not only illogical but feels like theft. However, to my disbelief, Mweb is now expecting me to pay the old amount for the new month, along with a pro rata fee for the downgraded service. Last month, I requested a downgrade of my service to save money, which was processed at the beginning of the new month, going from R1189 to R599. I am extremely disappointed with Mweb's service and billing practices. Poor Service and Unfair Billing Practices
